Team Managers
The role of a Team Manager
Individuals are encouraged to pre-register their interest in participating in the World Transplant Games.
When an individual completes the Online Registration Process an email is sent to that individual confirming his/her requirements.
A copy of that email is sent to the country’s nominated team manager. That’s why it is important that team managers have registered on our system.
Team managers will then have the opportunity to review and confirm their team members’ involvement in the Games.
Team managers are also responsible for ensuring that Medical Certificates and General Waivers are completed for each participant.
Team Managers also have the responsibility for ensuring that all participants pay the required amount prior to the commencement of the Games.
Team managers are also able to request official letters of invitation to attend the Games for countries where this is required. See Visa Requirements (link) in the Travel and Tours section for more information.
